As President of Resource Recovery Systems, Inc., one of the pioneers of the
municipal recycling industry, Liddy grew sales from $600,000 to $20 million with 13
factories in eight states. The company was sold in 1998 and remains one of the
largest parts of the successor firm’s business with many of the original employees
still in place.

As CFO at Netkey, a leading enterprise software firm, Liddy raised $15 Million in
institutional venture capital. Liddy was responsible for spearheading sales for the
new enterprise technology platform to banking and retail clients. Liddy was Vice
President at Morgan Stanley, focusing on financial services for the Banking
Industry. Liddy received her MBA from Yale University and a BA in both History and
Engineering from Columbia University.

Alex has 20 years of experience in building value in enterprise, high-growth and
start-up technology companies. Alex is adept at creating deals, scalable technology
processes, recruiting and partner/customer leverage that consistently bring the

As CEO and Founder of Netkey, Inc. Alex pioneered the development of a new
enterprise software market for the management of self-service devices. Alex led the
team to raise over $20 Million in venture financing to fund the company's operation.
He established Netkey's software development center, its operational
management team, recruited both its Board and Advisory Board of Directors, and
established its worldwide direct and indirect sales organization. He also
established the company's IP (Intellectual Property) program. Alex is co-holder of
two multi-channel tech patents.

Alex's team also won over 40 industry awards. Alex regularly publishes articles that
explore new ways for Retail Marketing executives to use ecommerce technology in
the battle for the last aisle. Alex has an MBA from Yale University and a BA in both
Physics and Economics from Connecticut College.
